Sara Deniz Akant is a Turkish-American educator, poet and performer. She is the author of Babette, selected by Maggie Nelson for Rescue Press, as well as the chapbooks Parades and Latronic Strag. As a doctoral candidate at the CUNY Grad Center, she researches 20th c. poetics, with a focus on race, gender, and empire. She lives in Brooklyn, teaches writing at Hunter College, and runs the GC Poetics Group with friends.

Chris Ando makes things and currently spends time in Brooklyn, New York.

Luther Bangert is a juggler and mover weaving worlds between throw and catch.

Josh Borja is a graduate student in the Brooklyn College MFA Program for Creative Writing.

Nahod Bjelic started out with nothing and still has most of it.

Tasha Bjelic lives in Los Angeles and makes work about the politics and aesthetics of care.

Jaque Fragua (Jemez Pueblo) works to destroy the perceptions of being a Pan-Native American, while appropriating the appropriation.

Dakota Gearhart is a New York based artist whose work in text, performance, video, sculpture, and installation strives to articulate more creative and less oppressive futures.

Katie Lasley is currently working out of NY but originally from south Florida, where she studied poetry and literature at Florida International University in Miami, and continues to produce and sell zines today.

Tori Lawrence is a NYC-based choreographer who creates site-specific dance performances and films that inspire an imaginative and sustainable way of looking at, thinking about, and using space. www.torilawrence.org

Hannah E. Morris is an artist living and working in London, England. The imagery in her work evolves out of a diaristic thought process striving to access and expose a hidden truth. She is currently completing a Masters in Contemporary Art Theory at Goldsmiths focusing on Trauma, Secondary Memory and rethinking transcendence and sublime through a feminist lense. She holds a Masters and a Masters of Fine Arts from the University of Iowa and a Bachelors from Hampshire College.

Kat Rejsek is a poet, musician, filmmaker, barista, and dog-walker living in Brooklyn.

Anna Knecht Schwarzer is an artist, writer, and plant enthusiast living in Portland, OR. She is indebted to Marlboro College for a BA in Feminist Philosophy and Visual Art and CalArts for a MFA in Photography and Media. Her practice centers around radical negativity, presence and disappearance, and works to recognize, explore, and dismantle systems of oppression, particularly against women and queer communities. Her work takes many forms including writing, listening, activism, and visual art.

Meital Yaniv (b. 1984, Tel-Aviv, israel) is a Los Angeles based interdisciplinary artist whose practice embodies language, performance, and video.
